Brief Summary
This is a contract on-site role for a Store Operations Specialist at Bisa Tumbuh in BSD Tangerang. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients stores across major e-commerce platforms.
Job Descriptions
The Store Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing store operations of the client's (brand's) platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli etc.
- Daily platform monitoring and maintaining stock availability.
- Maintain store merchandise & ensure excellent service.
- Ensuring the health of the brand's stores.
- Regularly exploring opportunities for brand growth.
- Executing live stream performance management & scheduling.
- Working closely with the Key Account Executive/ Key Account Manager and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in an e-commerce enabler company is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with platform policies and operations (especially TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia)
- Preferably holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong grasp of store management principles and e-commerce operations
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
- Able to work quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
