Job Description
- Manage and grow Bacha Coffee's Tokopedia Store and TikTok Shop.
- Develop and execute monthly e-commerce sales and growth plans.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.
- Develop marketplace promotions, bundles, vouchers, and campaign initiatives.
- Lead the TikTok Shop launch and development, including affiliate, creator, and live-commerce opportunities.
- Develop and push engaging short-form content to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
- Monitor TikTok and e-commerce trends and identify opportunities to reach new customer segments.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth e-commerce execution.
- Ensure online stores maintain Bacha Coffee's premium brand positioning and customer experience.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
