Job Description

  • Manage and grow Bacha Coffee's Tokopedia Store and TikTok Shop.
  • Develop and execute monthly e-commerce sales and growth plans.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.
  • Develop marketplace promotions, bundles, vouchers, and campaign initiatives.
  • Lead the TikTok Shop launch and development, including affiliate, creator, and live-commerce opportunities.
  • Develop and push engaging short-form content to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
  • Monitor TikTok and e-commerce trends and identify opportunities to reach new customer segments.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth e-commerce execution.
  • Ensure online stores maintain Bacha Coffee's premium brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
