E - Commerce Stock Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage replenishment planning and stock availability (ROP, Safety Stock, Standard Stock)
• Monitor inventory pipeline from RDC/NDC to DC Satellite/Exagon
• Coordinate stock supply and delivery schedule with Supply Lead
• Align stock availability with demand across Sales, Brandcomm, BA, CBD, and KDC
• Identify and monitor gaps between standard stock and actual conditions
• Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system (SAP)
• Handle Goods Receipt (GR) and return management
• Manage stock transfer (STO), including inter-plant and intercompany
• Oversee non-sellable inventory (GWP & FOC) and reservation process

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations
• Familiar with inventory planning (ROP, Safety Stock, etc.)
• Experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with good data accuracy
