Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist, located in Tangerang. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date, analyzing sales data and metrics, and formulating growth strategies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience, managing inventory availability online, and monitoring digital campaigns to boost online visibility and sales.
Job Description:
- Manage and grow brand accounts across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other platforms
- Execute e-commerce marketing & campaign strategies (9.9, 10.10, Harbolnas, etc.)
- Build and manage promo calendars aligned with business goals
- Analyze performance using CTR, CR, AOV, and sales data
- Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords) for better conversion
- Handle and optimize marketplace ads
- Collaborate closely with ops, warehouse & CS teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Maintain good relationships with platform account managers
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communication or related field
- 12 years experience in e-commerce (brand / principal / platform side)
- Comfortable with marketplace dashboards, Excel & Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to move fast in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills & a collaborative mindset
