Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns (flash sale, vouchers, bundling, GWP, etc.) to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and marketplace metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage product listings, categories, and ensure content accuracy and attractiveness across platforms.
  • Handle new product launches, including coordination with internal teams and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform features, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace (beauty or FMCG is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations.
  • Experience in handling promotions, campaigns, and ads (CPAS/marketplace ads is a plus).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about beauty industry and digital trends is a plus.
