We are looking for a E-Commerce Specialist, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just execute tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Luxehouze website, including product page updates, banners, and promotional content
- Handle end-to-end product listing on Carousell: uploading, writing product descriptions, pricing, and maintaining catalog accuracy
- Ensure product information (model, reference number, condition, accessories) is accurate and consistent across all channels
- Coordinate with the photography/content team to ensure product assets meet platform standards
- Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion) using GA4 or similar tools
- Optimize product pages for search visibility (basic on-site SEO and marketplace SEO)
- Coordinate promotional campaigns on the website aligned with marketing calendar
Requirement & Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business, Data, or a related field is typically required
- 1-2years of experience in Marketing Field, preferably in E-commerce, marketplace management. Top of the class fresh graduates or with internship experiences in e-commerce/paid marketing/Growth/Business field are also welcomed
- Basic data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards
- Experience with Digital Tools and Platforms, strong experience using e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), marketplace (Carousell, Tokopedia, or similar) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) will be a plus
