Job Description

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop including product uploads, price updates, and inventory sync.
Execute campaign mechanics, platform tools (e.g. vouchers, bundles, flash sales), and upload assets in alignment with marketing calendars.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, design) to ensure accurate product information, availability, and timely campaign execution.
Monitor and maintain store health metrics, seller ratings, response time, and penalties across all platforms.
Assist in the tracking and reporting of KOL, affiliate, and influencer programs linked to e-commerce campaigns.
Collect and update daily/weekly data on traffic, sales performance, top SKUs, and competitor activity to support decision-making.
Provide operational support for marketplace ads setup and budget tracking.
Liaise with platform representatives for issue resolution, campaign registration, and store improvements.
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, speed, and accuracy to meet aggressive sales deadlines and promotional windows

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace execution roles, preferably in beauty, skincare, or fast-moving categories.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, sales pressure, and dynamic priorities.
Familiar with major seller centers (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and platform mechanics.
Strong attention to detail, data handling, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance and campaign planning.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong bias toward execution, problem-solving, and accountability
