Support day-to-day operations of affiliate activities across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Execute affiliate campaign mechanics, platform tools, voucher setups, and upload assets in alignment with marketing calendars.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, design) to ensure campaign readiness, product availability, and timely execution.
Monitor and maintain affiliate performance, creator engagement, response time, and campaign effectiveness across all platforms.
Track and report KOL, affiliate, and influencer performance linked to e-commerce campaigns.
Collect and update daily/weekly data on affiliate traffic, sales performance, top-performing creators, SKUs, and competitor activity to support decision-making.
Provide operational support for affiliate ads, boosting activities, and budget tracking.
Liaise with platform representatives, agencies, and creators for issue resolution, campaign coordination, and account improvements.
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, speed, and accuracy to meet aggressive sales deadlines and campaign targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace execution roles, preferably in beauty, skincare, or fast-moving categories.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, sales pressure, and dynamic priorities.
Familiar with major seller centers (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and platform mechanics.
Strong attention to detail, data handling, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance and campaign planning.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong bias toward execution, problem-solving, and accountability
