E-Commerce Specialist

Ecommerce Specialist (Contract – 6 Months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings (pricing, stock, descriptions, photos, promotions)
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment status, cancellations, and returns
• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, warehouse, ops, CS) to ensure smooth order flow
• Support campaign execution (flash sale, promo, payday, etc.) on each marketplace
• Monitor store performance (sales, traffic, conversion) and prepare simple performance reports
• Ensure store compliance with each platform's policies and operational standards
• Handle basic troubleshooting related to product, order, or system issues in marketplaces

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 year experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop / Shopee / Tokopedia)
• Familiar with seller center tools and marketplace features
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available for 6-month contract and able to join immediately (preferred)
