JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing the performance of Samsung Store in marketplace. This role focuses on building strong relationships with the marketplace, managing store operations, curating promotions, and executing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue, conversion, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about delivering excellence in customer and seller experience.

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for platform account management team to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of joint business plans.
  • Foster strong partnerships to secure priority placements, exclusive campaigns, and enhanced visibility for Samsung Store in e-Commerce.

Business Growth & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute high-level business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including category expansion, assortment optimization, and pricing strategies.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Negotiate and secure participation in major online campaigns (e.g., Harbolnas, Ramadan, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) to maximize exposure and sales.
  • Curate SKUs, set promotional pricing, and coordinate with internal marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze store performance, including sales, traffic, conversion, and promotional ROI.
  • Identify improvement areas and implement solutions to boost operational efficiency and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Samsung's e-commerce, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in product availability, campaign readiness, and brand representation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.

Marketplace Insights & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or related field (experience in electronics/consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
