About The Role:

We are building a high-performance parenting ecosystem across app, eCommerce, nutrition, skincare, and books. Our e-commerce channels are a key growth engine, and we are hiring someone who will own performance end-to-end not just operate a store, but drive measurable commercial impact. If you are precise, data-driven, and move fast with strong ownership, this role will stretch you.

What You'll Own

Commercial Performance of Assigned Channels

  • Own CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue performance.
  • Diagnose funnel leakage across traffic PDP checkout.
  • Build weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.

Conversion & AOV Optimization

  • Design and execute experiments on bundles, pricing, vouchers, and cross-sell.
  • Optimize product listings (content, visuals, reviews, Q&A).
  • Improve traffic quality alignment with marketing teams.

End-to-End Store Operations

  • Ensure store hygiene: SKU setup, categorization, campaign readiness, stock coordination.
  • Execute platform campaigns with precision and zero operational errors.
  • Maintain clean file management and documentation.

Cross-Functional & External Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams under tight timelines.
  • Communicate firmly and clearly with platform representatives.
  • Escalate risks early and propose solutions.

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

  • CVR improved from 2.1% to 3.0%.
  • AOV increased from IDR 150K to at least IDR 155K with clear structural levers.
  • Bounce rate reduced through measurable funnel improvements.
  • Clear experiment roadmap executed with documented learnings.
  • Zero major campaign execution errors.
  • Strong weekly reporting cadence adopted by stakeholders.

Requirements

You're a Fit If

  • You have 13 years experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or business development.
  • You have directly worked inside marketplace dashboards (Seller Center, Ads Manager, campaign tools).
  • You are comfortable analyzing numbers daily and turning insights into actions.
  • You are structured and extremely neat with files, trackers, and documentation.
  • You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • You can push back respectfully and manage tight timelines.
  • You take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
