This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement on the company's e-commerce platform. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce trends, and customer behavior. E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will work closely with E-Commerce Category Analyst to ensure that marketing campaigns align with product offerings and merchandising strategies, ultimately driving online sales and brand growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, email, social media, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and content marketing.
- Experience in a similar role within the same industry (retail) will be preferred.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to e-commerce marketing will be preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methods will be preferred.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Willing to WFO from our Head Office in South Jakarta (Pancoran)
