Qualifications:
1.Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field (Management, Marketing, Business, Economics, or Information Technology).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Blibli, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Astro.
- Understand end-to-end E-commerce Processes; encompassing strategic planning, promotion execution, order fulfilment through to package acceptance, and after-sales customer support.
- Experience in SEO and Ads

1.Technical Skills:
- Proficient in marketplace optimization strategies, including marketplace SEO and product promotion.
- Familiarity with seller dashboard features on marketplaces (e.g., Campaigns, Flash Sales, and Ads).
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics within marketplaces.
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics platforms.
- Proficient in customer service conversion techniques.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
2.Core Competencies:
- Ability to analyze sales performance and generate periodic reports.
- Skilled in copywriting to create engaging and attractive product descriptions.
- Capable of monitoring and managing paid advertisements on marketplaces.
