Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze consumer buying patterns based on e-commerce sales big data.
• Review performance indicators (e.g. sales, discount levels, traffic, and conversion rate).
• Create report sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Handle pricing and sales management.
• Manage on product pricing to balance sales and margin.
• Participate in promotional activities and work with the e-commerce team to develop sales.

Requirements:

• Familiar with e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record as a solid sales and key accounts performer in achieving and even exceeding, sales targets.
• Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
• Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
• Able to work with target and tight deadline.
• Willing to Work From Office (at Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
