As An E-Commerce Lead, You Will
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth across marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, etc.).
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and lead end-to-end marketplace campaigns including mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales, and other promotional programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and sales performance.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and strong campaign execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, live streaming, customer service, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Strong experience in planning and executing large-scale marketplace campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
