Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage all E-commerce sales activities for personal care products (grooming, haircare, skincare).
  2. Develop and execute E-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, traffic, and brand visibility.
  3. Manage official stores across marketplaces and website, including product listings, pricing, bundling, and promotions.
  4. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns, content, KOL/affiliate programs, and marketplace activations.
  5. Ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliance with brand and packaging standards.
  6. Plan and execute marketplace campaigns (flash sales, payday campaigns, double date promotions, etc.).
  7. Monitor and analyze E-commerce performance metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness.
  8. Maintain store ratings, customer reviews, and overall customer experience.
  9. Lead, coach, and develop the E-commerce team to ensure strong performance and accountability.
  10. Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably within personal care, beauty, or FMCG brands.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the personal care industry.
  • Proven experience managing marketplace campaigns and promotions.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
