Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce Graphic Designer (With AI Experience) who combines strong digital design skills with a deep understanding of branding, marketing performance, and conversion-focused UX.

This role is ideal for someone who can own the full design cycle from brand identity and website layouts to paid ads, CRO-focused creatives, and UGC-style content variations. You should be confident designing work that not only looks good, but also drives measurable results.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment supporting e-commerce brands, collaborating closely with marketing and performance teams, and continuously improving design assets based on data and testing.

Location: Remote

Engagement: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) Potential to scale to Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible, with overlap in CET

Monthly Budget: $900 (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Develop and maintain complete brand identities, including typography, color systems, and visual direction
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing channels

E-Commerce & Web Design

  • Design high-performing assets for Shopify stores (banners, PDP sections, landing pages)
  • Create conversion-focused UX/UI for landing pages, PDPs, and web flows with a CRO mindset
  • Design website layouts and component-based systems in Figma

Marketing & Performance Creatives

  • Produce a wide range of marketing creatives: paid ads, social content, campaign visuals, and UGC-style variations
  • Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand assets that drive engagement and conversions

Image & Creative Execution

  • Edit, retouch, and enhance images using Photoshop
  • Support ongoing CRO improvements for retained clients (UI updates, redesigns, layout enhancements)

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or E-Commerce Designer
  • Proven ability to build and maintain full brand identities with strong typography and visual hierarchy
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-driven design for e-commerce
  • Experience designing website layouts, landing pages, and funnels
  • Strong background creating high-performing marketing creatives for paid and organic channels
  • Experience producing A/B-tested creative variations
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the end-to-end design process

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus
  • Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar)

  • Improved performance of landing pages, PDPs, and ad creatives through CRO-driven design
