E-Commerce Business Development

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors.
• Negotiate and manage agreements to support business objectives.
• Lead initiatives for warehouse expansion and optimization.
• Ensure efficient inventory distribution across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner operations with company systems.
• Monitor and improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and operational improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks associated with partner operations and logistics.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business partnership roles, with 5 years leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Expertise in multi-warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and logistics networks.
