About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager with proven experience in consulting, manufacturing, or FMCG companies. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving process improvements across financial, accounting, and taxation functions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to deliver both operational excellence and strategic financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and IFRS/PSAK standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate reconciliations across all financial accounts.
Accounting & Audit
- Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and cost accounting.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Implement best practices to streamline accounting processes and strengthen governance.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage corporate tax planning, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants as required.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and assess implications for the organization.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor the FAT team to ensure continuous development and high performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Drive digitalization and adoption of financial systems/tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business/Management (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or Tax Brevet A & B) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, ideally with exposure to consulting, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP/PSAK, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Hands-on expertise in ERP systems and financial tools (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or equivalent).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
