Job Overview

The E-Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and visibility of Royal Canin portfolio with our customers across key online platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). This role combines commercial, marketing, and data insights to build a best-in-class online pet care shopping experience and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and marketplace partners.

Job Responsibilities

1. Commercial Ownership

  • Lead day-to-day business operations for assigned e-account.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with platforms to achieve sales, share, and profitability targets.
  • Manage pricing, promo mechanics, and portfolio strategy while protecting brand positioning. Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain to ensure strong availability and minimal out-of-stock.
  • Plan commercial activation calendars aligned with key pet-care moments (e.g., Pet Day, 9.9 / 11.11 Mega Campaigns, Feeding Month).

2. Brand & Content Excellence

  • Own the Portfolio shopping experience ensuring consistent branding, storytelling, and conversion-focused content.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to translate offline pet-nutrition messages into digital storytelling.
  • Build educational and emotional campaigns around pet care, health, and nutrition to increase loyalty.
  • Ensure product pages meet SEO and platform best practices complete titles, A+ content, reviews, and video assets.

3. Campaign & Media Execution

  • Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and repeat purchase (e.g., bundle packs, sample giveaways, or expert-vet livestreams).
  • Collaborate with KOLs, pet influencers, affiliates, and community pages to build trust and advocacy of Royal Canin portfolio within our customer's ecommerce asset.

4. Data & Business Analytics

  • Analyze weekly sales, shopper behavior, traffic sources, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor pet-food category trends (dry, wet, functional, grain-free, air-dried, etc.) and competitive pricing intelligence.
  • Recommend portfolio and promo optimization based on insights (hero SKUs, trial packs, or cross-selling dog/cat ranges).

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with trade marketing, supply chain team, and other functions needed to align online strategy with corporate objective, and meeting high standard of pet owner/shopper satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • 36 years of experience in E-commerce or Key Account Management, ideally in pet care, FMCG, or nutrition categories.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills; experienced with data tools (Excel, Power BI, platform dashboards).
  • Understanding of pet-care shopper behavior, category segmentation (dog vs cat, wet vs dry, premium vs mass).
