Setting sales goals and monitoring inventory levels to ensure they are met.
Plan, prepare, and execute inventory allocation, arrangement as well checking according to needs timely and correctly.
Develop, implement and validate procedures, controls and systems that prevent, detect and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances.
Develops and implements policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory control with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow.
Manage the end-to-end purchase order process to optimize product availability and minimize excess inventory.
Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the finance team.
Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimize the inventory position.
Work closely with management, Operations, Technology and Finance on inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations and accountability of stock across the network.
Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
Deep and broad understanding of inventory control, its financial and operational impacts.
Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Inventory Manager from a Retail, E-commerce background.
Proven track record in setting up and/or significantly achieving inventory metrics.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
Has a positive approach to work with a flexible can-do attitude; with drive and enthusiasm to improve the calibre of colleagues within the business.
