Job Description:
  • Participate in the Shopee Xpress driver recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal individuals.
  • Manage the Shopee Xpress driver recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, and sourcing activities.


Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with stakeholders
  • Hardworking, highly accountable, and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Full-time interns preferred, who are able to start immediately in March 2023
  • Able to work in Menara Southpoint
