Job Description:

  • Develop and manage budgeting for driver operations.
  • Conduct manpower planning for driver operations (applied for BPO employees).
  • Lead and execute strategic projects related to cost optimization and cost monitoring.
  • Lead a lean and agile team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders on contract generation, project execution, and evaluation.
  • Support ad-hoc business needs or special initiatives, ensuring agility and readiness in dynamic operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, and or operational project management, preferably in banking, logistics, ride-hailing, or fast-paced tech operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A can-do attitude remains positive, resourceful, and persistent in solving challenges.
  • Ownership mindset takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong initiative, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
