Key Responsibilities:
Technical Drawing & Design Support:
- Prepare and revise 2D and 3D drawings for structural and architectural works, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings according to project specifications and construction progress.
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with structural designs, dimensions, and technical standards.
- Translate design sketches, mark-ups, or conceptual layouts into professional and accurate CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with the project and site teams to incorporate revisions, changes, and technical clarifications.
- Verify that all drawings meet project requirements, codes, and client expectations.
Documentation & Drawing Control:
- Maintain a drawing register and version control system to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Organize and archive digital drawing files in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure timely distribution of drawings and updates to relevant departments, consultants, and contractors.
- Support project documentation and submittals for consultant or client approval.
Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Participate in coordination meetings to review drawing progress and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to reflect as-built modifications or field adjustments in drawings.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to company drafting standards and naming conventions.
- Apply national and international drawing standards (SNI, ISO, or project-specific requirements).
- Check and review own work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 24 years of experience as a Drafter in construction, property development, or engineering projects.
- Proven experience in structural or architectural drafting (foundation, concrete, steel structure, and finishing details).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred).
- Familiar with Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD/BIM software (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing conventions, scale, dimensions, and detail accuracy.
- Able to interpret structural and architectural design drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and building codes (SNI, ACI, ASTM, or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple drawing assignments.
- Willingness to work closely with site teams and adapt to project changes.
- Proactive and responsible in meeting deadlines.
Language:
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (technical terms and documentation).
