Job Requirements / Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development
- Proficient in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API
- Strong experience using Git for version control and collaborative development
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of secure programming practices, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, code quality, and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Willing to work onsite in Karawang
