About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated .NET Developer with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#/.NET development, Microsoft SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices. This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting both desktop and web-based applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET technologies.
• Build and support Windows Forms desktop applications and web-based solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server databases, including complex stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
• Participate in application architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support software deployment, release management, and continuous integration activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution to ensure system stability and performance.
• Contribute to best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and software development lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET development.
• Experience developing and maintaining Windows Forms desktop applications.
• Experience with web technologies using .NET framework/platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including:
• Stored Procedures
• Query Optimization
• Performance Tuning
• Database Design Concepts
• Experience working with DevOps and deployment tools such as:
• GitHub
• TeamCity
• Artifactory (JFrog)
• IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy)
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication with local stakeholders and business users.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to enterprise application support and maintenance.
