About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer with at least 3 years of software development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#/.NET development, experience building desktop and web applications, and a solid foundation in database development and optimization. This role requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to support the development and enhancement of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using C#/.NET (Windows Forms).
• Develop and enhance web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Create, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes to ensure efficient software delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (Windows Forms) for desktop application development.
• Experience with .NET web application development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including:
• Stored Procedures
• Query Optimization
• Database Performance Tuning
• Experience working with DevOps and deployment tools such as:
• GitHub
• TeamCity
• Artifactory (JFrog)
• IBM uDeploy
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with local stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and version control processes.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
