Domestic Logistics Sales

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gambir for a Domestic Logistics Sales professional. The role involves managing and growing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing tailored logistics solutions. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and closely collaborating with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery. Regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive strategies to ensure customer satisfaction will also be required.

• Sales Skills: Strong abilities in business development, customer acquisition, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management concepts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and collaborators effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying client needs and providing appropriate logistics solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with operational and support teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail to handle various client needs and administrative tasks.
• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using CRM or logistics software is a plus.
