Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Dokter Managemen based on-site in Pasuruan. The role involves overseeing and managing daily clinical operations to ensure the efficient delivery of quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include supervising healthcare teams, implementing effective operational strategies, ensuring alignment with medical regulations, and maintaining excellent patient care standards. The role also involves collaborating with hospital administration to optimize workflow, manage resources efficiently, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Rumah Sakit Sahabat.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and guide healthcare teams effectively
• Proficiency in healthcare operations, medical regulations, and hospital administration protocols
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, adapt to challenging situations, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Medical degree and relevant certifications required
• Prior experience in hospital management or a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus
