Available Position:
- General Dentist (Dokter Gigi Umum)
- Endodontist (Spesialis Konservasi Gigi)
- Pedodontist (Spesialis Dokter Gigi Anak)
- Orthodontist (Spesialis Ortodonti)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Deliver patient-centered care with excellent communication and service quality.
- Build strong patient relationships and encourage patient loyalty.
- Contribute to patient acquisition through personal networks, professional reputation, or outstanding service.
- Collaborate with fellow dentists, nurses, and clinic management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Continuously improve clinical skills and stay updated with the latest dental advancements.
Required Responsibilities:
- General Dentist:
- Preferably minimum2 years of clinical experience.
- Specialists (Endodontist, Periodontist, Orthodontist):
- Relevant specialist qualification and clinical experience in the respective field.
- ValidDental License (STR)andPractice Permit (SIP).
- Strong patient-oriented mindset with high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to attract and retain patients through service excellence and/or professional network.
- Highly proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a competitive and innovative environment.
- Willingness to workminimum 34 days per week, mainlyafternoon to evening shifts, including possibleweekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
Additional Skill (Strong Advantage)
- Restorative and aesthetic dentistry (for General Dentists).
- Advanced clinical expertise in specialty-related procedures.
- Experience handling premium or high-end patients.
