Deliver ON-BRAND customer experience in all stores together with Operation Managers, Brand and Area Operations and Store Managers/Store Heads for highest level of service.

Initiate Coaching, Training, Develop talents as needed for Operation team - collaborations with HRBP and Merchandiser Team.
Create, nurture and improve a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.
Plan right Store HC for maximum Productivity.
Team Work
Leading and bridging Operation team with other divisions in order for smooth executions.
To be able to provide data of market, events, market behavior analysis.
To communicate and collaborate well with Merch team for delivery and allocations initiatives.
Partner with VM team and Merchandiser team on overall Stores commerciality/looks.
Partner with marketing team to initiate any tactical events needed for al Brands.
Process
Accountable for Operation Retail Excellence - to adhere the Operations guidelines set from management and Brand standard - Operation Retail Excellence.
Qualifications:
Total 8-10 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 6 years in related role in the retail operations or footwear/active lifestyle/fashion background.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in any fields.
Strong in KPI Metrics.
Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Proven organizational skills able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
Ability to challenge and influence operational processes.
