Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager, based in Lamongan & Tuban. The District Manager will oversee the operational and sales activities in their designated district, ensuring the alignment of the company's goals and strategies. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operations, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and address challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving goals
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Sales and operational management experience, including a good understanding of business performance metrics and strategy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in the financial services or retail industries
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
