Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve coffee product targets, including monthly nationwide sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and customer base.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage provincial distributors for coffee product.
  • Build strong partnerships with horeca, retail, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Create and implement sales campaigns, branding initiatives, and outlet standardization programs.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay ahead of coffee industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years sales experience, ideally in coffee, FMCG, or beverages.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee market trends and distribution channels.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Result-driven, proactive, and willing to travel.
