Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang for a Distribution Manager at Zeelandia Indonesia. Responsibilities include overseeing the distribution network, managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products, and collaborating with teams to optimize supply chain processes. Monitor and report critical performance indicators for all LD's ad DC's: primary/secondary sales, stock levels, Working Capital, returns, out-of-stocks, expired products, AR/AP, claims, and incentives. Distribution Manager will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards and addressing operational challenges while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics planning, and distribution processes
• Team leadership, employee management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making related to operational challenges
• Familiarity with inventory control, warehousing, and quality assurance systems
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in distribution, supply chain, or logistics management, particularly within the food production or bakery industry
• Experince in managing Local Distributors
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction
