- Monitoring Kendaraan yang keluar masuk
- Mengelola jadwal kerja Driver
- Membuat surat tugas Driver
- Membuat administrasi transport dan laporan transport harian / bulanan
- Melakukan monitoring kendaraan dari segi perawatan dan servicenya
- Melakukan serah terima kendaraan dengan User
- Melayani permintaan kebutuhan kendaraan dari User
- Memaksimalkan unit yang tersedia
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan Cutomer dan menangani komplain
- Menjalankan tugas lain dari manajemen untuk kelancaran operasional
