Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Technical Operations for offshore marine operations at PT EKA NUSANTARA LINE (ENL), located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role includes overseeing technical support and troubleshooting, managing the technical operations budget, and ensuring alignment with Good Vessel Management Practice standards. The Director of Technical Operations will also be responsible for proper machinery maintenance plan management, ensuring vessel technical issues are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Experience in Budgeting and Program Management for the technical issues
• Knowledge of Good Vessel Management Practice standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
