Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Treasures clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with the utmost care and attention
- Assist clients with a wide range of banking transactions, including account management, fund transfers, and investment services
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients
- Continuously enhance product and service knowledge to provide clients with the most relevant and valuable information
Requirements
- Have experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with clients
- Proficient in using various banking systems and digital tools to provide efficient and accurate service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
