Job Description

  • Develop plans and strategies for the digitalization development of Prodia in terms of products and services, as well as business process development based on company priorities.
  • Create implementation plans and strategies for collaboration between Prodia's digital products (PRDA) and Prodia Digital Indonesia's digital products (PRDI).
  • Integrate the development and operation of the digital ecosystem (PRDI) for all company digital products (PRDA).
  • Review the progress of digital products and make adjustments according to technological changes that align with Prodia's customer and business needs.
  • Design the timeline, budget, and requirements for the creation/development of digital products.
  • Prepare policies, risk treatments, and appropriate regulations to support the implementation of current and future digital products.
  • Develop a communication strategy for all ongoing and upcoming projects to all involved stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related, GPA min 3.00
  • Min have 2 years working experience as project management and create digital projects.
  • Strong data analytical, innovation sense, and strategical thinking.
  • Be an effective communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.
  • Great collaborative and management skill.
