DIGITAL GROWTH STRATEGIST (SEO-FOCUSED)

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Digital Growth Strategist with strong SEO expertise and proven experience driving measurable growth across digital channels.

This role focuses on strategy, analysis, and growth planning, working closely with creative, social, and ads teams for execution.

You will lead strategy and optimization, not execute everything alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Growth & Digital Strategy (Core Focus)

• Design end-to-end digital growth strategies from awareness to conversion
• Define KPIs and success metrics for organic and integrated campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities using data and market insights

2. SEO Strategy (Primary Expertise)

• Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and traffic forecasting
• Define SEO-driven content strategy and optimization roadmap
• Monitor and improve rankings, CTR, impressions, and organic conversions

3. Analytics & Performance Insights

• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights
• Create clear weekly and monthly performance summaries
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for improvement

4. Strategic Oversight: Social Media & Content

• Provide strategic direction for social media content and campaigns
• Collaborate with content, creative, and video teams
• Ensure messaging and content align with growth objectives

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams
• Align digital strategy with business priorities
• Provide strategic input during campaign planning and reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have Experience

• 4+ years experience in Digital Strategy or Growth roles
• Strong, hands-on SEO experience with proven results
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Experience defining content strategy from zero
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Meta & TikTok Insights, Canva, Notion, Google Sheets
