We are looking for a creative and data-driven eCommerce Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, briefing, and supervision of all marketing content and assets across Samsung eCommerce. This role is key in delivering engaging, conversion-oriented content that enhances the customer journey and aligns with Samsung's brand and business goals.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop and maintain content strategy and editorial calendars for Samsung Ecommerce Platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, UX, Product, and CRM) to align content with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Leverage customer insights, SEO data, and analytics to shape content direction and messaging hierarchy.
Creative Briefing & Supervision
- Write clear, actionable briefs for design, copy, and multimedia assets for use across all touchpoints (e.g., homepage banners, PDPs, landing pages, push notifications, perf. Marketing etc.).
- Supervise and guide creative production teams (internal or external) to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and performance objectives.
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Optimization & QA
- Work closely with performance marketing, web, and analytics teams to A/B test content and continuously improve based on KPIs (CTR, CVR, engagement, bounce rate).
- Conduct regular audits and updates of live content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- Ensure all content is optimized and tailored to specific user segments when needed.
- Manage content timelines and ensure on-time delivery for major campaigns and always-on needs.
- Maintain a well-organized content repository and version tracking.
Platform Management
- Familiarity with eCommerce backend (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc)
- Experience with large product catalogs, multilocale content ops
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive language guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or e-commerce content managementpreferably in a consumer tech and / or D2C e-commerce
- Proven experience in briefing and supervising creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors).
- Strong understanding of digital user journeys, e-commerce funnels, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
