Job Description

Role Objective: To lead and optimize the online sales funnel from lead generation to final conversion. This role ensures that paid digital campaigns effectively drive high-quality traffic, and that the telemarketing team efficiently converts those leads into actual sales, ultimately maximizing online revenue and Return on Investment (ROI).

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Team Leadership & Target Management: Supervise, motivate, and set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for both the Performance Marketing and Telemarketing teams. Ensure both sides work together seamlessly to close the sales loop.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Oversee the entire digital customer journey. Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve the Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate (CVR).
  • Strategy & Budget Oversight: Review and approve paid advertising strategies and budgets proposed by the Performance Marketing team. Ensure campaigns are optimized for the lowest Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Telemarketing Scripting & Workflow: Guide the Telemarketing team in developing effective sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and follow-up sequences. Monitor call quality and sales closing techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CRM Supervisor to ensure a smooth handover of new customers and to align on upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with the Brand Marketing team to request high-converting ad creatives and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze comprehensive sales data, integrating ad performance metrics with telemarketing closing rates. Present consolidated online sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Digital Sales Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation, with at least 12 years of experience leading a sales or digital team.
  • Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of both digital advertising mechanics (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and direct sales/telemarketing processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads and sales performance.
  • Solid grasp of web analytics and sales tracking tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven with a deep understanding of sales KPIs, conversion metrics, ROAS, and CAC. Ability to translate data into actionable sales tactics.
  • Soft Skills: Highly results-oriented and target-driven. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team to hit aggressive sales quotas.
