Wine Adore is opening a Digital Sales Part-Time opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in customer engagement, product recommendation, and sales execution within a growing wine distributor serving the Singapore market.
You will work closely with the CRM and Sales team while building practical business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and leads through CRM and digital channels
- Provide product recommendations and support purchase decisions
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
- Invite customers to wine tasting events and engagement campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM database accurately
- Support digital sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the Sales Division and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year experience in general sales, online sales, hospitality, or wine industry
- Strong interest in customer engagement and digital sales
- Proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented
- No advanced wine knowledge required. Product training will be provided
Sales & Performance Targets
- Monthly Sales Target: SGD 800 to SGD 1,500
- Wine Tasting Attendance Target: 10 to 20 confirmed guests per month
Targets are structured to ensure measurable contribution while remaining realistic for a part-time role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: IDR 1,800,000 to IDR 2,000,000 (based on experience and performance level)
- Annual Sales Bonus based on accumulated performance and total sales achieved

- Opportunity to transition to a Full-Time role based on performance
Working Arrangement
- Part-Time, On-Site
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Morning Shift: 09:00 13:00 /
- Afternoon Shift: 13:00 17:00
