Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Sales Manager located in Jakarta. The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and leading sales teams to achieve targets. The individual will build and maintain relationships with clients, create and implement digital sales strategies, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Collaborating with digital marketing and media teams, the manager will identify opportunities for sales growth in the digital space and drive business performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Media and Digital Marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and drive business growth
  • Relevant certification or training in digital marketing or sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
