Wine Adore is running an Trainee & Leadership Program designed for ambitious individuals looking to fast-track their career in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management with an early focus on Customer Relation, Product Recommendation, Product Sales, & CRM Database.
This program builds a solid foundation in CRM, product knowledge, and customer engagement, while also preparing you for future leadership or specialist roles in CRM, Marketing, Operations, People, Data, or Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Wine Adores product catalogue, customer journey, and CRM systems
- Assist in customer communication, product recommendation, sales follow-up, and event invitations, and CRM data updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and leads
- Support sales campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team & CRM team under Sales Division as well as cross-departmental functions
Requirements
- Based in Bali
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
- Fluent in English
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major (We are open to supporting a formal internship agreement (MoU) with your university as part of your academic program requirements)
- Candidates with experience are welcome to apply
- Eager to learn, communicative, and proactive
- No wine knowledge needed (full training provided)
