We are seeking a Digital Sales & Client Success Specialist to join our clients team in the Credit & Risk division. This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end customer journeyfrom digital lead engagement and conversion, to long-term relationship management and customer success.
You will connect with potential clients through digital channels, convert them into users of consolidation and refinancing solutions, and ensure they receive excellent after-sales support. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales
- Conduct onboarding and client education on consolidation and refinance offerings.
- Handle inquiries and provide clear, confident guidance.
- Drive sales conversion through digital channels (WhatsApp, email, CRM campaigns).
Digital Funnel & CRM Management
- Manage the digital customer journey from lead qualification to conversion.
- Optimize funnel performance and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance in documentation.
Financial Advisory & Analysis
- Explain unsecured lending terms (interest rates, tenures, repayment structures).
- Use CRM data and Excel to analyze client needs and provide tailored advice.
- Support clients in understanding the benefits of debt consolidation or refinancing.
Relationship Building & Collaboration
- Build long-term client relationships with regular check-ins and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, credit) for seamless customer experience.
Compliance & Performance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in all client interactions.
- Achieve targets in customer satisfaction, retention, and sales conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
- 13 years of experience in digital sales or customer success (preferably in fintech/financial services). Fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on a scheduled shift basis in line with operational needs.
- Based in Jakarta or Yogyakarta.
