Maintain comprehensive documentation covering product features, process flows, and key learnings to support ongoing product growth and knowledge sharing
Act as key point of coordination between product, technology, design, marketing, and business units to ensure aligned execution
Proactively communicate product updates, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders
Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and bottlenecks across the product lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure all product releases meet quality, compliance, and security standards before go-live
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in digital product management with a proven hands-on experience across the end-to-end digital product development cycle
Strong understanding of API concepts, mobile/web architecture, and software development processes
Data-driven mindset with strong structured thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative with a strong sense of ownership — able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
