Digital Product Manager

Job Description

1. Develop and execute digital product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
2. Define and manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business value and user impact.
3. Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities and improve customer experience.
4. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery.
6. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for development teams.
7. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to drive data-informed decisions and product enhancements.
8. Manage product releases, stakeholder communications, and continuous innovation to maximize product value and business growth.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Owner, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and digital product development.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize product initiatives.
6. Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and translating customer insights into product improvements.
7. Familiarity with product management tools.
8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
