Digital Platform & Retail Solution Product Manager

Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products, from requirement gathering, solution design, testing, to product launch.
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Manage product development using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure products comply with OJK, BI, and data protection regulations, while continuously enhancing customer experience and product performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or IT Product Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of digital banking product development, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Experience in developing product roadmaps and managing end-to-end product delivery.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital banking regulations.
• Knowledge of User Platform, Funding/Liabilities, or Wealth Management products is a plus.
