Responsibilities:
- Develop digital campaign strategies (paid & organic) aligned with brand objectives
- Plan media strategy including channel selection, budget allocation, and campaign timeline
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (brand, creative, KOL, performance) and external agencies (strong coordination skills are a must)
- Manage campaign execution and ensure it runs according to plan
- Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis
- Optimize campaigns based on data, insights, and performance metrics
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or within a digital agency
- Strong understanding of digital channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), both paid and organic
- Solid analytical skills and experience using analytics tools
- Strong project management and coordination skills (internal & external stakeholders)
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
