PT. United Family is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifamers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital campaign strategies (paid & organic) aligned with brand objectives
  • Plan media strategy including channel selection, budget allocation, and campaign timeline
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (brand, creative, KOL, performance) and external agencies (strong coordination skills are a must)
  • Manage campaign execution and ensure it runs according to plan
  • Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis
  • Optimize campaigns based on data, insights, and performance metrics
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or within a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.), both paid and organic
  • Solid analytical skills and experience using analytics tools
  • Strong project management and coordination skills (internal & external stakeholders)
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
